The team from Roadrunner was lead by Justin and included Horacio, Ruben and others. They were outstanding. … More They were skilled, very capable, and polite when asked, what were probably, elementary questions.
Our project was skillfully planned and followed throughout the installation by Steve Booth (a PhD, of course, in Los Alamos). He is retired from the Los Alamos National Laboratory and is excellent at analyzing the requirements and matching them to the available Mitsubishi air conditioners. Clearly Roadrunner and their customers are very lucky to have such technical expertise.
I recommend Roadrunner and Steve Booth without reservation.

It was an excellent experience all around, from the initial consultation, to design and installation … More of the system. The pricing was fair, and their status as a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractor means we get an even better warranty than we would with most other companies. Their installers—Julian, Kibsaim, and Justin—were an excellent team, showed up on time, worked quickly, did quality work, and actually got the project finished a couple days ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and actually already have them working on a quote for fixing up some water filtration issues left from the previous owners of our house.
All around an A+ experience. I highly recommend them!

Our project was a little more challenging as we did not want any of the refrigerant lines exposed. This required routing the lines through the roof parapets and interior walls. I won't try and name everyone who worked on the project … More but the lead was Julian Martinez. He and his crew did a great job of keeping the work moving with minimal disruption. Everyone was respectful of us and our house and worked to assure they addressed any concerns we had. Couldn't be happier with Road Runner and the crew. Additionally Steve Booth, who performed all the design work including load calculations, was great to work with as well.
