"Not the first time we’ve used Roadrunner and definitely not the last. We needed an air conditioner (Mitsubishi minisplit) in our Media Room. Based on our previous experience, they were the only company we considered for the job. Everyone on the crew was professional and personable, the kind of people you’d enjoy inviting into your home to show off your Lego collection to (inside joke). Juan A, Juan M, and Rubin were fast and efficient, leaving everything in the same condition as before they started, only now the room was many degrees cooler. Expecting the job to take all day, we were pleasantly surprised when they were finished by 2 pm. Everything they did inspired our confidence in them to do a good job, from the vans they arrived in to the way they communicated, and they delivered. Thank you! One last shoutout to Derek who oversees everything. Thanks for your dedication. We’re looking forward to working with you again."
