Benefits of Prompt Air Conditioner Repair
There are a number of ways in which scheduling immediate air conditioning repair may benefit you. First of all, forcing a broken AC unit to continue operating will only put increased strain on the system. This can not only cause existing problems to worsen but may lead to other operational issues. You will also wind up paying more money for a weaker cooling performance, as a compromised air conditioner simply cannot hope to cool as efficiently as one in great working condition. That is why it behooves you to schedule AC repair with our technicians in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico as soon as you suspect that there is a problem with your system. What to Do When Your AC Is Not Blowing Cold Air
Is your AC not blowing cold air? Before calling in the professionals, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:- Check the Thermostat: Ensure that the thermostat is set to the cooling mode and at the desired temperature. Sometimes, the issue may be as simple as an incorrect setting.
- Clean or Replace Air Filters: Dirty or clogged air filters can restrict airflow, causing your AC to blow warm air. Regularly cleaning or replacing filters can make a significant difference in your system’s performance.
- Inspect the Condenser Unit: Make sure the outdoor condenser unit is free from debris, such as leaves or twigs. A blocked condenser can hinder proper heat exchange and cooling.
- Check for Refrigerant Leaks: Low refrigerant levels can result in insufficient cooling. If you suspect a refrigerant leak, it’s best to leave the repairs to our trained AC repair technicians.

I'm a repeat Roadrunner customer because of how reliable they are. The installers are always super professional. Last week Harrison and Albert installed a new minisplit system in my living room. I was much smaller than my old system … More and they repaired the wall beautifully. They also showed me photographs of how they sealed all the connections on the roof. -

We loved working with them. They installed 3 mini-splits for us a few weeks ago, and all of them were really professional, starting from the top down with Terrence. The main contractors were Julian and Mauri, and we trusted them with our … More house and the project totally. They were respectful to us (we are in our 60s) as well. Joel and Matthew were great too. We were told they weren't the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for, their warranties are fab, and we were advised very well by Terrence re what to buy and where to install the units. Overall a great experience! -

Starting with getting an appointment, Matthew was most helpful! Then when Gus and Horacio came to service our AC they were extremely polite and professional. All the options were offered and they make sure I understood the service needed. … More Excellent and I highly recommend them. -

Gus from Roadrunner AC came and serviced our mini-split, he quickly diagnosed the issue, and even though it took him a while to fix it, when he left, it was working perfectly. Gus was friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing … More and why. Super happy with their prompt service. -

I had a garage/studio built last year that is very well insulated. It gets too cold in winter and too hot in summer to be comfortable.
Friends of ours had Mitsubishi mini-splits installed by Roadrunner air conditioning and heating last … More year. Our friends were extremely complimentary of their Roadrunner experience, so I decided to call Roadrunner for an estimate in early May for a quote. I definitely wanted to beat the hot season rush on air conditioning.
I requested a quote for the studio/garage and thought I might as well get a quote for the house. Every room was measured to know the cubic feet that needed to be cooled/heated to engineer the most effective and efficient system. The price seemed fair. Terrence, the CEO of Roadrunner did the engineering and estimating. We liked what Terrence had to say about Roadrunner personnel and the fact that our friends had an excellent experience we decided to go with Roadrunner.
Two weeks later on our scheduled installation date, Terrence came with the installation crew to introduce the three young men that would be installing the system. After discussing the installation and location of all units Terrence left and the crew got to work.
The installation crew were three friendly and respectful young men. It was obvious that they were well trained technically and in customer service skills. Every day started with setting the expectations of where they were going to work and what they expected to accomplish. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up and briefed us about what was accomplished and when to expect them the following day. It can be uncomfortable to have people working in your home but not with this Roadrunner crew.
Installation ran the course of four days for the house and the studio combined. We really enjoyed having these three men work in our home. They were kind and friendly to us and our dogs. After the installation was complete, they trained us on the new system, cleaned up the work areas, and left us with expertly installed mini-split system in the house and studio.
We are completely impressed with Roadrunner air conditioning and heating. The staff was awesome to work with. We enjoyed all of the people we encountered. It’s really nice to work with a company that is so customer and employee focused.
This may sound crazy but we do miss the three young men who were here working in our home for four days.
