One of the things that Steve does that makes him stand out is … More to help folks with the forms that need to be filed for the tax rebates from both the State and the Federal government. The owner has to fill them out but Steve talks you thru what you will need and shows you things in detail.
  Plus he is great in his "final close out" visit and shows you the ins and outs of the systems. I would highly recommend using Roadrunner and Steve!

The team from Roadrunner was lead by Justin and included Horacio, Ruben and others. They were outstanding. … More They were skilled, very capable, and polite when asked, what were probably, elementary questions.
  Our project was skillfully planned and followed throughout the installation by Steve Booth (a PhD, of course, in Los Alamos). He is retired from the Los Alamos National Laboratory and is excellent at analyzing the requirements and matching them to the available Mitsubishi air conditioners. Clearly Roadrunner and their customers are very lucky to have such technical expertise.
  I recommend Roadrunner and Steve Booth without reservation.

The scheduler, the owner, and the installers know what they are doing and care about customer service. The two installers arrived timely in the morning, worked expertly and efficiently, solved unanticipated problems, and completed installation by lunchtime. I recommend Roadrunner!
